Check out iTunes pass. This lets you add money by showing the pass to an Apple Store representative. No, you cannot add money online using the pass, but as of recent you can directly top up your Apple ID from any of the online stores, such as iTunes and App Stores.

Using the Apple Wallet, is there a way to put money into your iTunes account, rather than buying the actual iTunes card?
