Siri shortcuts working again on my iPhone 7 Plus

Well, I hope this provides some hope for those folks who still don’t have the shortcuts. My Shortcuts on my 7+ are now working as they did in the past. I surely do hope that Apple comes out with an explanation of what in the name of Heaven was the problem. I certainly didn’t do anything to cause it or to fix it. So I hope Apple can explain it.

Mary,

Most likely we'll hear nothing about this, but a lot of SIRI commands do require the cloud which also means Apple servers. How often has something strange been going on with the App Store or SIRI or other services from other companies which may simply have been a temporary glitch with their systems.
