Voice Message Alert question.

Hi Janet,
Have a look in Settings/Sounds and Haptics. There should be an option there to choose the sound that plays when a new voicemail comes in.
As for the notifications themselves, I've no idea. Perhaps there is a problem between your phone and your carrier which is preventing the carrier notification from reaching your phone. It might be worth giving your carrier's tech support department a ring.

I now can't for some reason get a voice mail message alert. I've checked in the phone settings, and everything seems to be fine. Can someone please tell me is there some secret to turn on something in order to get a voice mail message alert?
