looking for a good single ear piece for my iPhone

Hi I am looking for A good sounding ear piece for use with my iPhone for taking calls.
So if anyone has one that they can recommend that has good battery life and handles wind noise well and sounds good on A
call.
Please recommend it to me.

I bought the Plantronics Explorer 50 for $20 from Amazon a few months back and it is great! It sounds good, has about an 11 hour battery and is easy to switch from one ear to the other as the hook that goes over your ear is hinged so you can switch sides.
It looks like the price is closer to $30 now, but I like it.

Considering that I have had the Legend for years, I would assume that an updated model would have improvements. One thing i know is that the Legend has a magnetic connector for charging, and the 5200 has the traditional micro USB connector. Many folks didn't like the magnetic connector because it could easily be jarred and disconnected from the headset.

The Explorer 50 has the MicroUSB connection for charging.
I’ve not seen the Legend so I do not know what it is like, but the price on the Legend is around $119, compared to $28 and some change for the Explorer 50.
The E50 as it shows up in Bluetooth, has 11 hours of battery life.

The 5200 is fine. It has four noise canceling microphones. I use it for business calls and call quality is very solid. Indeed, it does use the standard micro USB connector as well.

I find it to be more comfortable for all day use than the Voyager Edge that I had before this one. I tried out the Legend before I bought the Edge and the Legend felt bulky for me. The 5200 has a similar design to the Legend, but it doesn’t’ feel as heavy and again, it doesn’t use that magnetic connector that I wasn’t hot on either. Keep in mind, the 5200/Legend are anything but discrete. They’re fairly big and use a boom mic The Edge has a slightly smaller footprint and uses those plasticky ear hooks whereas the 5200/Legend is one solid piece. Where you swivel the boom mic depending if you want to use your left or right ear.

I’m not aware of any other single ear piece that has four mics like the 5200.

Another thing to consider and why I prefer the Plantronics earpieces is that they can be turned off/on with a switch instead of having to press and hold a button to power on/off.

There’s also a Plantronics iOS app that you can access to enable/disable features. I for the most part have a lot of the extras turned off, but they’re there if you want to use them.

The Explorer 50 has the MicroUSB connection for charging.

I’ve not seen the Legend so I do not know what it is like, but the price on the Legend is around $119, compared to $28 and some change for the Explorer 50.

The E50 as it shows up in Bluetooth, has 11 hours of battery life.

Considering that I have had the Legend for years, I would assume that an updated model would have improvements. One thing i know is that the Legend has a magnetic connector for charging, and the 5200 has the traditional micro USB connector. Many folks didn't like the magnetic connector because it could easily be jarred and disconnected from the headset.
