Open up settings then find your name and double tap on it. At the bottom of the screen you should see a list of your devices. Double tap on the device you want to remove then at the bottom is a remove button. double tap on it and it will ask you to confirm.

Hello list
I want to give one of my iPhone 5Sâs iphone to my sister and after resetting it the setup process says that I must remove the iPhone from my account. I can not find a setting on my iPhone where I can remove the other one. Can someone please give some guidance?
