Anyone happen to know of a voiceOver-friendly airplane tracker? for instance I want to know a route that left Houston for Germany this afternoon at 3:40PM where is it now, how fast it is going, at what altitude, and at what time is it scheduled to land? If possible also to alert me when it’s landing etc? An uncle recommended me an app by the name of Flightradar24, but it doesn’t seem to be very accessible; when I search for the flight, the results only say Aircraft shell, Aircraft shel. Any suggestions if there are any apps like what I’m looking for?

Hi,

I use FlightView as well. There are several nice features. If you email your itinerary to the address they supply, they automatically enter it into your account. It also sends notifications about flights, so it's great for confirming that other people's flights went okay as well as tracking your own.

Best,
Anna

We have somehow managed to turn off the display on our Apple
Watch. The Watch app on the phone says brightness is 50%, so it
would seem to me it has to be screen curtain. How do I turn screen
curtain off on the watch???

Thanks,

Ann

Hi,

Open the Watch app on your phone and choose General, then Accessibility, then VoiceOver. You'll find a Screen Curtain toggle on that page.

Best,
Anna
