How to access Developer Response of Apps Store reviews?

Hi List,



I've noticed when studying an app in the Apps Store on my iPhone 8 running
iOS 12.1 that reviews I'm reading often have a developer's response button
at the end of the review. At least I hear Voiceover speak this when reading
some reviews. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to access
this button in order to read the developer's response. Has anyone had
success doing this and if so, can you direct me how you did it?

As best as I've been able to figure out, that button isn't actually active unless you're a developer. What I've heard when they have made a response is Voiceover will read that button, then the response they've made. If the above isn't really the case, then I wonder why the button shows up if you're not the app developer.

Hi, I’ve noticed that sometimes Vo would read the developer response and sometimes it will just say developer response button. When I double tap nothing happens.

Hi,

If the developer leaves a reply to a commentfor any app voiceover will read the reply without having to tap on a button. If no reply is left, voiceover will just say developer reply.
