First, Voice Dream now tells you how many files you have in a folder, and books newly downloaded from Bookshare will start playing at the beginning of the book instead of on the notice.
Also, the button labeled "Home" in Voice Dream is now labeled as Library. That makes more sense to me.
Also, those who have an Apple Watch can listen to documents from your reading list using iOS voices on your watch. You cannot listen to audio books that way.
