messenger

Is it just me? When I get a new message in messenger I have to hunt very hard to find it. Its not placed at the front of the list like in whats app. Plus there are some messages that show as unread that have nothing to do with the messages I’m notified about.

No, it definitely is not just you. Every time I accept a friend request, I get the messages that I am connected to a new friend, and these messages cannot be deleted.

Hi Robert,

I experience similar results.

Try tapping the "messages" button after you open the app.

I could not find the messages button by exploring the phone screen. To find it, first locate the settings button on the top left, then flick left once, and you'll see it.

Alternatively, go to top of screen by touching with four fingers towards the top half of the screen. That should land you on the messages button.
