Hi,
There’s not a way to do this. Once you confirm that you’d like to delete the app, it will just go away. You could check the screen to make sure it’s gone, but, other than that, there’s not much you can do.

Could you please explain to me how to set my iphone that after I delete an
app, it will anounce that the app is deleted?
